The cameras show Simon Jewel standing outside a hotel.
Simon Jewel: The clock is ticking down to the moment when I step into the ring against a champion. Not just any champion but one half of the UCWQ Unleashed Tag Team Champions Jackhammer. When I signed my UCWA Unleashed contract I signed it not thinking about being in a tag team. I signed it having a dream of being the most dominate singles wrestler of all time. Jackhammer when I defeat you I’m doing it to prove to everyone that I can defeat champions in any division. Jackhammer when I defeat you people will look at me and they will see that I Simon Jewel am a future champion. When I defeat Jackhammer I will be called a one man army a man who can face all the odds and still find a way to beat all of them.
Simon Jewel stops talking and looks around.
Simon Jewel: Jackhammer you seemed to have spent this week thinking that you were in for an easy match. That’s the problem with the veteran wrestlers they look at a guy like me whose still learning and they automatically assume that they’re going to have an easy match. The problem is every time that I’ve heard someone say that to me they’re the ones who end up losing the match. I want you to think of that right now Jackhammer you’ve taken it upon yourself to overlook me and as a result your lack of caring about me properly is going to cost you the match against me. Now I’ve said that I’m starting to realise just how much fun I’ve had defeating wrestlers who didn’t take me as a serious threat.
Simon Jewel starts talking and begins walking down the street.
Simon Jewel: My match against Jackhammer is not a match that I’m taking lightly. I’m going into it thinking about how it will change me if I win the match and how it will affect me if I lose the match. If I win the match then it’ll be a message sent to everybody A message that says that I can defeat anyone no matter how good they are currently are. I can say that I can defeat a current champion and that will scare Jarvis Cole next week. The other side of this is if I lose to Jackhammer then it means that I might not get near a champion for a long time and I really don’t think that I should have to wait any longer for some serious competition. What would I call serious competition? To be honest al I want is a match against someone who doesn’t just say that they don’t know who I am and then act like I’ve beat nobody when I clearly have. I know that sounds like I’m repeating myself but it really gets frustrating when it’s all you get told week after week.
Simon Jewel walks into a park.
Simon Jewel: People want to know why I smashed a mirror in my last promo. The answer to that is I had a lot of anger to take out and I just couldn’t wait until my next match. I needed to do something right there and then and that mirror was the only thing that I could see that would react to me. I like to think of it as releasing anger. Where did the anger come from? It came from my last match and over time built up and reached a point where I felt that I needed to let it out. I just couldn’t wait until our match Jackhammer but I knew that I could use it to send you a message, a message that says I’m coming for you.
Simon Jewel goes onto the park grass and lies down.
Simon Jewel: Once all of my anger is out I like to go for a walk and find a place to relax. I like to think of it as a chance to clear my head and plan out the rest of my time until my next match. When I wrestle I need people to see the Simon Jewel that is hungry for opportunity and now that it’s right in front of him he’s going to go right for it and grab it. Jackhammer to me our match is a match that I’ve got to win. Why do I need to win it? It’s because I can then say that I defeated Jackhammer while he was a champion. The fact that I p9inned a champion can’t be taken away from the history books. It’s a fact that will stay known forever. However if I lose the match then I might never got another chance like this again. I need to take this as a now or never situation and I just can’t bring myself to say never. I’ve worked hard to reach this point in my career and I’m ready to reach the next level.
Simon Jewel stops talking and sits up.
Simon Jewel: Jackhammer I hope that you’ve listened to everything that I’ve said and taken it all in. I’m ready for our match and I’m going to do whatever it takes to win it so that everyone can see that I’m ready for something much bigger than it.
Simon Jewel stops talking and takes a deep breath.
Simon Jewel: I’m going to move away from my match and discuss the Chris Andrews and Davey Boone ownership problem and how it really affects my match next week. I feel that Mac Bane is a Davey Boone guy. What that means is Mac bane is fighting against Chris Andrews and anyone who represents him. I however haven’t been asked to help an owner. In fact thinking back to when my match against Red Jackson was announced for Wreck The Halls it was Davey Boone who named the match but it was Chris Andrews who said that if I lost I would get fired. Ever since then I’ve found myself blaming Chris Andrews for me being in the matches that I’ve been in. It makes me wonder why Mac Bane wants to fight me when I’ve proven that I can win matches and maybe add to his cause. The fact of the matter is there’s a lot of evidence there that suggests that I can help either owner but neither of them or their representatives want my help.
Simon Jewel stands up.
Simon Jewel: That’s why I accepted the steel cage tag match for next week to prove to everyone that I deserve better than the names that I’ve been facing and that I can handle a match against the biggest names in UCWA Unleashed. Inside I feel like I should be in the main event matches on shows and next week I’m going to show everyone that I can live up to my own expectations. I’m not just my own hype I really am the real deal. I’m the next big thing in UCWA Unleashed and my rise to the top has only just begun. Mac and Jarvis I want both of you to watch my match with Jackhammer so that both of you see first hand exactly what I can do as for you Jackhammer let’s just say that the damage that I do to you is only the beginning of my reign of terror on champions. I came to UCWA Unleashed to make an impact and that’s exactly what I’m going to do. Jackhammer you better be prepared to take the biggest Simon Five that I’ve ever done. A Simon Five that you’ll never forget.
Scene fades.
