The camera shows complete darkness but a voice is heard.
The camera shows complete darkness but a voice is heard.
Voice: Everybody wonders how you turn madness into greatness today I’m going to show you but it’s not going to be through the eyes of “The Very Good” David Fraggle or any member of Sanctuary. No in the spirit of Halloween it’s going to be through the eyes of.
The light turns on and The camera shows “The Very Good” David Fraggle wearing a green tutu, green pants and black boots standing at a wall in a room that’s been fully painted white. The camera then zooms out and shows “Sideshow” Euan Dante sitting on the floor wearing a red bra, red tutu, black boots and stroking the head of his Hello Kitty plush toy.
David Fraggle and Euan Dante: V-List.
David Fraggle: I’ve said it before so I’ll say it again one of the things that I enjoy doing is reflecting on my past, my present and my future and bringing it into a modern day scenario. Sideshow was in my past and that means that I can always go back to him and ask him to be involved in one of my promos as an extra. Just like the Hello Kitty toy was a big part of who V-List were so it belongs in this promo as well. However please don’t take this the wrong way because our video camera is being used by Lluvia. However I want my Sideshow to tell us his thoughts on things that go on in NAW.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: I’ve been watching NAW and I have seen a lot of changes made to that company. Changes for the bad because corruption runs the company and it is up to David Fraggle to keep it all under control. David is a very fair man who helped give me an opportunity to make it in NAW and I took that opportunity and together we brought something unique to NAW that nobody has copied since. Many have tried to follow in the footsteps of David and I but nobody is exactly like us. They all miss that extra something special that only we had, a feeling that you could believe that we were as crazy as we said that we were. You could believe that we enjoyed cross-dressing. That is something that NAW is missing a reason to believe in your words. Nobody works hard to defend their words with actions they just let someone walk all over them and hope that they’ll do better next time. David and I weren’t wait until next time we were the right now.
David Fraggle: Listen to this man’s words because he speaks the truth. I remember the days when we said that we would throw The Vice Squad into the trash and we did it. They were never the same after that moment.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: Who are you throwing into the trash next?
David Fraggle: If I have my way I’ll be the one who throws Alex Morgan into the trash where he belongs and I’ll take over NAW and run it full time and it’ll be better than it ever could have been under his leadership. However my little Sideshow I don’t need you to talk about throwing somebody into the trash I need you and I to talk about my next match. A match that is a three on two handicap match, not handicapped match Savell against a team called The Elitist who don’t class themselves as a team but are together. I think it’s their way of saying that they’re together but in the other way. They talk about how they like women but that’s just a cover-up because they know that society still feels a bit awkward about their type. They might be watching us right now and getting strange thoughts inside their heads because they like what we’re doing.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: Sounds like this Savell guy has a lot of problems.
David Fraggle: He does but I believe that Eric Ambrose and Thee Vamp focused on a lot of them so they want me to focus on Mason Battle and his girl who was in his promo with him. Mason you’re A man who doesn’t know when to shut-up all he does his talk and as you try to listen to him you find yourself dozing off until you fall asleep. The man has no charisma a spoon is more exciting than he is because it at least serves a purpose, he on the other hand has no purpose. Mason’s greatest moment in NAW is putting Jason Price through a table the funny thing is Jason Price is scared of facing me but yet he seems to be fine with accepting Eric Ambrose’s challenge to a match but that’s for another time. The point is you brag about your victories but really all you did was beat a coward twice. It’s not as big as deal as you try to pretend that it is. Now I know that Jason will pretend that he didn’t reject a match against me but everybody knows that it really happened. In fact I’m going to make a final point about this you act like you killed Jason Price but really what happened was you both fell off of a turnbuckle at the same time and he went through a table while you just so happened to land on the ring apron. That’s not a death that’s just a lucky win.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: What else do you know about Mason Battle?
David Fraggle: He calls himself “The Underground King” but here’s the thing the word underground can refer to unlicensed so I have to wonder how well trained to wrestle is he? Did Alex Morgan sign an untrained backyard wrestler who is here to pretend to be a star? It wouldn’t be the first time he signed someone who thought wrestling was a hobby and not a proper job and we all know how that went the last time. I got rid of that guy so I’m not afraid of getting rid of Battle as well if I have to. The thing about my career in NAW is I earned my place in the NAW Hall Of Fame Mason hasn’t earned a thing yet. This is his make or break match in NAW and I will break him like a twig and I will send him back to London where he belongs. I’m not afraid of a challenge in fact you might say that I enjoy stepping up when the time is right for me to.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: That’s true you always stepped up for those big challenges.
David Fraggle: And I will do it again. However I want to turn my attention to all of the comments that Mason battle has made going into this match and you know how this goes Sideshow. I comment on something and then you say the childish response to it that the NAW fans loved back in the day.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: I remember, what’s first?
David Fraggle: After you’ve heard all the nonsense about how he came from UK and how Tyson wasn’t as great as he thought he was you get to a bit about Thee Vamp. He said Jason Price is terrible but Vamp is another level let me respond to that by saying that if you watched more of his matches then you watched you would have seen his best work was in tag team matches with Ambrose as his partner. The fact that you seemed to have skipped all of them is because you didn’t want to see how well he shines in NAW. You don’t want to see the passion in his eyes when he wrestles in a match. Well soon you will see the passion in his eyes and you will understand that he’s not one to underrate he is the real deal. He has a lot to show in NAW and I guarantee you he will show it all at your expense. The only reason why Tyson couldn’t beat him properly is because Vamp wouldn’t let him so I need to ask what are you going to do when he hates you more than he hated Tyson?
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: I’ve known David for a very long time and I know for a fact that he’s not going to team up with a weak link. He’s always got a bigger plan for them that will bring out the best in them.
David Fraggle: That is very true Sideshow I did have bigger plans to hide weaknesses. I didn’t come out with a line like David Fraggle is the worse General Manager in the history of wrestling. I like to look into the proper history of the company. I remember Mr Bloom and how he was a lot worse than Alex Morgan. See it’s about basing your opinions on everything not just saying something because it sounds good at the time. However his next point is correct there is a power struggle in NAW however it’s not NAW against The Elitist it’s me against Alex Morgan to determine what is best for the future of the company. I know that my ideas can carry the company a lot further than Alex Morgan could ever dream of I just need more people backing me.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: I bet they’re the kind of people who say that they’re the best wrestlers to ever step foot into a ring despite never facing the best.
David Fraggle: That’s exactly what they are egomaniacs people who say that they’re better than everyone around them but then they will moan and cry when somebody finally beats them. In fact they might do a Tyson and join the unemployment line where they belong. That’s the difference between us and them we liked to provide something different to NAW they just provide the exact same material that you would hear from everybody else in the company. It gets boring after a while because no one wants to be unique anymore.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: My advice is be the role model for them, set a new standard for uniqueness in NAW.
David Fraggle: That’s the problem I set the standard for uniqueness in NAW it shouldn’t be me who beats it, it should be me who wins it back. If I beat myself then the bar gets raised too high and then nobody else in NAW ever reaches the next level. That is why I only wrestle the occasional match because I don’t want to hog the spotlight I want to give others the chance to try and succeed in NAW but right now nobody is pushing themselves to their limits. Soon NAW will be demanding that I compete for the NAW Championship one more time and I want it.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: You want to win the NAW Championship again?
David Fraggle: Yes I do. I lost the NAW Championship unfairly and I never got a rematch for it so maybe the time has come for me to get one more shot at it. If I hold the NAW Championship one more time then NAW will change for the better. Gone will be the days of Gunner carrying the company because it’ll be me carrying it into the future and starting a new era for NAW.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: That’s a good goal to have but how does it affect your match with Elitist?
David Fraggle: I’m glad you asked. Once I defeat The Elitist I can do down in history as the one who stopped them from main eventing PPV’s in the future leaving them stuck in the midcard of NAW for life. With them fully out of the picture the winner of Gunner against Alaric will need a new challenger and I can be the one who argues that it should be him who gets the next title shot. As much as The Elitist are going to hate me saying it, it’s a plan that is best for business. NAW need big matches on PPV’s and none is bigger than when I face Gunner for the NAW Championship so I say I want one more shot at Gunner. I deserve it because of the way that I took Alaric to the limit a couple of Meltdowns ago so that means that I should already be classed as the number two contender waiting to become number one contender. Stats like that don’t lie and it’s something that The Elitist can’t take away from me.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: Is there anything else that Mason battle has said that you want to respond to?
David Fraggle: A couple of things. Mason battle seems to like to swear in his promos I want everyone to know that not everybody in NAW is as childish as he is. To make it in NAW you’ve got to be good at using words and he’s not and that is why he’s going to find himself lost in the mix sooner rather than later.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: There’s no place in wrestling for so many swear words.
David Fraggle: I agree and that’s why I’m going to put a stop to it after I beat him. However before I beat him I want to comment on what he had to say about Eric Ambrose. The reason why Eric decided to team with Thee Vamp is because they really are related. If you really want the full details of how they’re related then the answer you’re looking for is they’re cousins. They both had dreams of being wrestlers and following in the footsteps of another one of their family members but due to some family issues they decided to team up because they have each other. They tried to make peace with their family but it never happened because of how tense their problems really are. You could say that the reason why they’re called The Lost family is because they really were lost.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: I hope they eventually sort out their family problems.
David Fraggle: So do I but hear me out on the next argument that Mason has against Eric. He says that Eric stole a couple of victories I saw his matches with Bruce Clayton and Jonathon Blade and those were fair victories. Eric went into those matches with desire to either kick someone in the face, make them tap out or both and he did it. He doesn’t need to steal a victory because he knows how to work hard to earn it. Then he complains because Eric and Vamp have been tag champions for a year but yet they only won the titles back in June which was only four months ago. The only person who has held a title for nearly a year is Katherine Brock-Brown so if they want to moan about how long a title reign is then I suggest that they get a gender change operation and do something about her reign themselves.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: You need to keep track of title reign lengths before you start talking about them.
David Fraggle: That’s correct, I remember the days when we were counting the days of our reign because we really badly wanted to beat the length of Gunner’s first NAW Championship. It’s something that we didn’t do but we were very close to doing it. If they want to know the real reason why The Lost Family don’t defend the NAW Tag Team Championships it’s not because of a lack of teams in NAW it’s because they’re smart businessmen. They put Alex Morgan into a situation and they came out better than he did. However I need to be very clear on something their NAW Tag Team Championship reign isn’t their greatest accomplishment no that goes to the day when they were able to convince a billionaire to give them money to invest in me and they ended up with procession of the NAW Championship. I became rich and they ended up saying that they had the highest prize in the company. If you miss out facts like that then it means that you’re not focused on this match at all. You’re going up against a team of men who have done a lot in this company but you don’t know enough about them. You want to talk about logic Mason then let me point out that all three members of Sanctuary have handled our business inside the ring and we’ve done it better than you could have ever imagined. The only logic that is flawed is your for missing out all of those big moments that made us who we are.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: It sounds to me like The Lost Family have the same passion that The V-List had.
David Fraggle: They do have passion but for some weird reason people over look it because of their look. They aren’t failures they are success stories. They went from the bottom of life and earned their place in NAW. I feel like I’m all doing is repeating myself because Mason Battle and his girl didn’t give me anything special to work with. We can ignore his comment about Eric could pin Alex Morgan because it’s not even a match that we want to have. However I will tell them exactly how Eric feels going into this match. Yes he does remember the night when Elitist attacked him and stole the NAW Tag Team Championships, that moment and losing his mask changed him. However he’s slowly finding himself again and he’s becoming a very dangerous man to deal with. So here is my advice for The Elitist a dangerous man is a very unpredictable one by that I mean he’s going into this match looking to destroy both of you and that’s exactly what he’s going to do. Every time he watches your matches it makes his anger grow and I bet that it’s at a point where he wants to send both of you to the hospital. As for your main events let’s just say that when he’s finished with both of you neither of you will ever have another main event. You guys are going to be the ones who bleed, you guys are going to be the ones who lose the match and then your path to glory is over. Our road to redemption is coming but it’s at your expense. To me all you guys are is just another obstacle to overcome and once we pass you NAW will be begging for mercy. You talk about wanting to carve up Eric well soon you will be the one who feels like being carved. The definition of pain doesn’t need to be explained to Eric but it does need to be explained to you by me. Also Mason no one is going to save you from it.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: There’s not a threat that’s a promise.
David Fraggle: And then he talks about a purge he says NAW doesn’t need Vamp and Eric well I say that NAW doesn’t need him so please allow me to be the one who kills him myself. I know that once he and his partner are gone NAW will be a much happier place. Then they talk about The Pistols like they’re the new team that’s going to beat The Lost Family. Well I’ve got news for you NAW have rules stopping women from competing for men’s titles so plan failed. I didn’t make those rules Alex Morgan did. So already your promise can’t happen.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: You really need to read the fine print on those contracts before you sign them.
David Fraggle: Indeed they do however it’s now time to respond to what Mason had to say about me. First of all I’m going to tell you a story Alex Morgan never hired to be a wrestler or General Manager. He only hired me to be a manager of Judas Fraggle. One night he fired Judas and the only way that I could have been employed as a wrestler was if I won a match. As for how I because General Manager again that wasn’t an Alex Morgan decision, it was a decision made by an unknown backstage worker who was very concerned about Alex Morgan. I’m not allowed to say who it was but I am allowed to say that when the time is right he will reveal himself. The man has an image for NAW and all that he wants to do is live it but not hog the spotlight. Alex Morgan is somewhere listening to this right now having nightmares about the fact that someone else has say in his company but believe me when I say that it’s best for business.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: All of your decisions are made by someone else?
David Fraggle: That’s correct, he contacts me and he tells me what direction he feels the company should be going in. Right now he’s not fully convinced that The Elitist are best for NAW. It’s not a decision that I made but of course they didn’t do any research into that. Of course they would prefer a monkey being a General Manager but if they did research into the full history of the company they would know why a monkey would be much worse.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: Do you mean Bloom?
David Fraggle: Yes I do. The thing about Mason battle is he never saw an Alex Morgan decision making ability so he doesn’t understand how better off with me he really is. If Alex Morgan was around right now he would be the one in a continuous loop with Badgers and not. No the man who hired me wanted to see how well The Elitist did when they faced competition in situations where they wouldn’t always have the advantage. I’ve talked about how you’ve got to learn to adapt in this business if you want to make it big and that statement is true to this day and all that’s changed is The Elitist are this month’s Trent Brown. Speaking of Trent Brown I’ve heard that he’s recovered but the question is what’s he going to say about the fact that one of his last big matches was against me and he lost? Or how about the fact that his last match was against Eric Ambrose?
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: These are good questions because we do have to wonder what direction Trent Brown will want to go in and if it will affect you or not.
David Fraggle: Even if it doesn’t affect me Trent knows that there was tension between him and I so trust me he will be watching me and waiting for a chance when he gets to face me again. Hoping that the outcome is different so that he can have one more chance at becoming a somebody in NAW.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: But what about The Renegades?
David Fraggle: Until they do something relevant in the company I’m not afraid of them. To my knowledge they never had a match in NAW so they’re not a threat. Unlike Mason Battle who I want to say something else about. I’m not going to say anymore about his thoughts on Lost family but I am going to add some more comments about Gunner and why gets to do what he does. The reason why Gunner holds the NAW Championship is because he’s the hardest worker in NAW. The reason why he doesn’t get booked into many matches is because outside NAW he does a lot of work for NAW in UWL and that means that he’s promoting the company to a bigger audience. The reason why he’s facing Alaric again is because Alaric and I are similar. I saw it in his eyes. The man is sinister, the man is evil and the man who do what it takes to pick up the win. When I faced him and the match ended in a no contest that was him showing me that he’s at the level of being a true main eventer in NAW. I wasn’t clumsy in that match and I wasn’t slow but I was the one who took him to his limits. The reason why you Mason aren’t competing for the NAW Championship like Alaric is, is because you’re not a fully established name in the company yet. If you were on a poster for a PPV everybody would look at it having no idea what is being promoted and that’s bad for business. I’m not a biased General Manager I’m someone who does what is best for the future of the company. Then you talk about fans not being interested in the company and UUWL didn’t promote the company until you arrived on the scene. The last time I checked it was Beck against Gunner that got everybody talking about NAW and not you guys. Look at what went down between them we had Beck invading shows, we had Beck in a match and we had Gunner attacking him that was better business than anything that you guys could have done. Let me say one final thing about Gunner, yes Alex Morgan does think of him as one of his guys however the man who hired me also wants Gunner on his side. They both see him as an investment and as a result I need to make sure that he doesn’t get hurt because then we would lose someone very special to the long-term future of the company. You might not like it but it’s just how business has to be done. The only reason why you guys aren’t happy is because you’re not in his position and you might never be in it.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: I’m willing to bet that People don’t buzz when The Elitist wrestle a match they just fall asleep because it’s not a proper star in the company. And then they probably said that the rise in new talent is because of them when really it’s because of you turning the company around for the better.
David Fraggle: That’s correct but it gets worse because they believe that they made the company great when really they didn’t. It was already a great company all that they did was sign a contract and then say that they were going to dominate. Now they moan because I stand in their way instead of sit back and watch them work while they clean house. Again they don’t realise that the problem is you’ve got to lose at some point and once you do it’s a question of how you rebuild yourself. The journey to the top is a lot more than how many wins you get. I don’t need to count money that they think that they make me because the reality is it’s nothing because no one cares about them. They talk about how they’ve been in tag matches, triple threat matches, hardcore matches, tables matches, Singapore Cane matches and overcame them but they also say that was them taking my best shots. They’re wrong my best shots are the ones that come from facing me and learning that all I care about is my spot in NAW. I earned my place in the company and I’m not losing it. Mason says that he wants to face Alaric I say he’s not at the level where he should be facing contenders for the NAW Championship yet hence why it wasn’t a good match to book. Maybe one day it will be a good match to book but not right now.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: Then he wonders why he faces who you tell him to face not wanting to understand that it’s because you’re at similar levels.
David Fraggle: That’s correct Sideshow and then he talks about violence and chaos like he doesn’t understand that’s what I introduced to NAW anything that he thinks that he can do I’ve already done and it was better than anything that he’s got in mind. He talked about how The Lost family aren’t going to be a factor in the match but I say that they’re going to make the difference. They’ve got a plan for the match and it’ll be one that they can’t stop. They talk about divide and conquer well three against two means that they’ve got to do more work than we have to. We just have to weaken one member and the other two stop any interference from the other guy and we win the match. They on the other hand need to stop two guys from making saves and it can’t be done. Then he says he wants to choke me out well I say I’m not afraid of doing a surprise submission move and making him tap out myself. Or I could let Eric make him tap out. Eric would enjoy the moment just as much as I would.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: I like the idea o him tapping out.
David Fraggle: Hold on my little Sideshow because there’s more to this tale because he then used that word purge again because he ran out of new material for his promo. Seriously is this guy a tape recorder because all he does is rewinds himself to make the same points over and over again? Anyway he said he wants to kill me because here’s no room for me in NAW when everybody else knows that NAW needs me more than it would ever need Mason Battle. Then he said that he was done talking about me because I made his blood boil well I hope he likes his blood because it’ll be all over him real soon. Then he said that I should have listened to his demands and things would have been fine but his demands were stupid and pointless that they weren’t even worth him announcing. And all of the pain, anguish and blood shred is on my hands well I’ve got news for him he’s the one who is entering into a world that he’s not ready for and as a result he won’t survive it. I’m going to give him a very special message of my own.
David Fraggle spits green mist at the camera.
David Fraggle: The green mist represents poison and that means that I’m coming to poison your career.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: Ah the green mist it’s changed the lives of many people.
David Fraggle: There’s a couple of things that I want to do before we end this promo. The first one is to announce that I am setting the head of Francois Martin free. He served a purpose of representing anger and desire to want to kill my opponents and I believe that he has done his job enough to let everybody know that there’s still a beast inside of me that’s not afraid of hurting anybody in NAW no matter who they are or what they feel that they add to the company. The Elitist are facing David Fraggle at his best and it’s a very dangerous match to be in because I’m not scared to hurt myself to pick up the win.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: Does that mean you’re going to take a lot of big risks?
David Fraggle: Yes I am going to take big risks to pick up the win because The Elitist deserve to face someone who they could never be prepared for. I like to admit the fact that I’m usually the smallest wrestler in my matches something that they didn’t even talk about but that doesn’t mean that I can’t pull a few tricks out of the bag to surprise them.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: What’s your next announcement?
David Fraggle: With the head of Francois Martin gone the time has come for me to have a very special entrance at the PPV. What kind of entrance would that be you ask Well I’m thinking new music, new or old ring attire and maybe one more surprise. Lluvia you’ve done your job of help me find my way in NAW now I think that the time has come for you to offer The Lost family assistance in finding their way. As for me Sideshow I want you to return to NAW and be my full time manager just like the old days. I’m saying that I want to bring the full V-List image into Sanctuary I just wanted to see if we still clicked and it turns out that we do.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: You want a new manager when you wrestle? You’ve got it. Any time that you need me I’ll be right by your side just like the old days.
David Fraggle: In that case I’ll see you at the PPV so we can make all changes to my entrance.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: Sure if that’s what you want just tell me what you need.
David Fraggle: You see Elitist you didn’t listen to me about anything and that’s why you’re now sitting there watching this promo speechless because I did something that you wouldn’t have thought that I would do.. Make amends with my Sideshow so that I could bring him back to NAW so that we could have some V-List madness during our match at the expense of you of course. I know you’re wondering what is V-List madness? Let me put it in a way that you can understand if it’s yours we’ll take it no matter if you want us to or not. You started this so we’ll end it in a style that you could never be ready for. I am “The Very Good” David Fraggle and you are about to feel like Halloween came early.
“Sideshow” Euan Dante: And I am “Sideshow” Euan Dante and I’m the clown that appears I your nightmares. I’m the one who you want to go away but no he always stays and he makes you never feel secure about who you really are. Together we made NAW’s tag team division and we’re the ones who are going to save it without me ever having to wrestle a match again. The only thing that I want to do is be by his side while he brings fear to the entire NAW roster and nobody will ever feel secure about themselves ever again.
David Fraggle: In a couple of days Elitist your nightmares will come true.
Scene fades.
