The camera shows Eric Ambrose standing next to a wall that’s painted white.
Eric Ambrose: I’ve got a lot of things on my mind so I’m going to straight to them. Blade on the last episode of Meltdown you and I had a match and exactly what I said would happen happened. History repeated itself I pinned you for the three count and that made you two and zero against me. We then met in the main event of Meltdown and I won that therefore you’re now three and zero against me.
Eric Ambrose: The next person who I want to talk about is Bohannon. Bohannon up until the main event you and I had never faced each other and now that we have the score is me one and you zero. My advice to you Bohannon is don’t think about getting revenge over me, think about your future when you team with Blade to face Jason Price and some other guy called Jason.
Eric Ambrose: And speaking of you Jason you and Blade have a lot of common. You both lost twice on Meltdown, you’ve both lost multiple times to me, you’ve both been kicked in the head by me and you’ve both been pinned by me. The only difference between you and Blade is he knows when enough is enough. He said that would be the last time that he faced me but you probably want to be kicked in the head one more time.
Eric Ambrose: Another person on my mind is Mason Battle. He walked into NAW as part of a group called The Elitist, they said that they were the elite of wrestling and they would dominate NAW. Where are all of those members now? That entire group has crumbled and once again Sanctuary says threat is gone and we win. Battle the question for you is what now? If you lose your shot at the NAW Championship do you join the unemployment line with your friends hoping that someone else will hire you? Do you become another name in NAW’s history who after admitting that they couldn’t make it here they went elsewhere hoping that they would do better? This is the thing about all of these so called want to be future top stars who appear in NAW they all talk big but as soon as they face a true contender for the NAW Championship they find out that they’re not as good as they thought that they were therefore they walk away from the company. The only thing that the top stars of NAW do is wait on the next one who is going to try their luck and fail and then the cycle continues.
Eric Ambrose: I know NAW is classed as small time but the fact of the matter is to make it in NAW you’ve got to be willing to put in effort. The days of NAW just handing you an opportunity just for filling out an application form are over. If you want to make it here you’ve got to be willing to show that you can take both wins and losses, it is wrong to think that you’ll be undefeated for your entire career because it’s not possible. I lose matches but I find a way to rebuild myself and earn an opportunity at redemption and that’s exactly what fate has done to me.
Eric Ambrose: It’s funny that I say that because my next match is with Trent Brown and yes Trent you have defeated me twice but fate has given me a chance to have a round three with you. I know that you’re probably not happy to face me for a third time but that’s the way it has to be for you. I’m going to be very clear to you Trent I’m not going easy on you I want a fight with you and that’s exactly what’s going to happen at Revenge. I’m not going to choke I’m going to find a way to win and say that I’m better than you and that those wins that you got over me were nothing more than flukes. I’m going into this match looking at a very interesting stat about myself I don’t lose at the super shows and I don’t intend on starting. Trent you on the hand choke at them and that’s exactly what’s going to happen here you’re going to lose another one and go down in history as the shortest NAW Horizon champion. You’re probably thinking of having a pair of brass knuckles by your side in case I really do live by what I say and take you to the limits so let me just remind you that Jason Price teased hitting me with a weapon but he never got a chance to do so what makes you think that you will? I already know your ways so I’m going to make sure that they don’t happen.
Eric Ambrose: As for your family of Renegades bring them with you if you want to or just leave them in the back I don’t care because involved or not involved they will fall to me also.
Eric Ambrose: Trent for a man who has done so few impressive things in his career you do have one credit apart from holding the NAW Horizon Championship. You once defeated Gunner who currently holds the NAW Championship. The reason why I bring that up is because I call myself the future of NAW, I call myself the man who is at the front of the future stars and I’ve backed up those claims. However here’s the thing I want my opportunity sooner rather than later and the only way that I’m going to go further up the rankings in NAW is if I can show that I can beat people who have already beat Gunner in the past. Trent if I can beat you then NAW would have no choice but to say that I’m in contention to face Gunner one day and that will mean that I’m moments away from a shot at the NAW Championship. Trent you might not like the fact that I want to use you to get closer to what I really want but the fact of the matter is you’ve made a career of showing the entire world that you’re not relevant and probably won’t be part of the long-term direction of NAW while I’ve shows NAW that I can be a huge factor in the future.
Eric Ambrose: Trent if you lose to me then what? Exactly you get a re-match for the NAW Horizon Championship and if you lose that then you’re right back where you belong. The man who feels like he has nothing a wife who he can hide behind because she’s done more for the company than he has, Even then we all know why she’s done more for the company because she’s the champion of a division that nobody cares about. I mean I’m a tag champion but at least NAW has other teams apart from The Lost family. NAW doesn’t have any worthwhile women in NAW except from your wife. However if we did have any worthwhile women in NAW then the whole Brock family would be nothing but losers. It’s funny that I say that because The Renegades haven’t wrestled a match in NAW. Why is that exactly? Is it because they’ve admitted that they don’t have what it takes to make it in NAW so they’ve already backed away to let those who can succeed in NAW have their moment instead? No matter what their argument is they’ll never be at my level because they don’t have the experience that I’ve got.
Eric Ambrose: Experience is a funny word to mention isn’t it Trent Brown? You’ve got more experience than I do but my career and my message somehow feels stronger than yours. Trent we all know that you’ve made a career out of trying to be on the same side of Alex Morgan, I mean you just have to look at NAW against The Public Enemies you worked hard to try and stop them but you failed and it ended up being David Fraggle who defeated Jordan for the NAW Championship. However that’s not the only time when you have tried to do something for Alex Morgan is it? We all remember when you attacked David Fraggle so that he wouldn’t get his re-match for the NAW Championship and then you were rewarded with a number one contenders match that you lost to Jason Price. My point is you’re possibly the only one left who would defend Alex Morgan and his image for NAW therefore it is my job to do the right thing and save the NAW Horizon Championship from you and bring it to the fans and the wrestlers who work hard to make NAW the best company on the planet. With the NAW Horizon Championship in procession of a wrestler who doesn’t like Alex Morgan fans will have a reason to keep watching the product because they know that they’re being represented properly. Trent let me put it in a simple way in the eyes of the fans you’re a bad champion and they want me to win it because they know that I’ll be a better champion for them.
Before anything else can be said the room’s door opens and Thomas Valin enters the room.
Eric Ambrose: Thomas? What are you doing here?
Thomas Valin: I came here to tell you the good news. I had a talk with the doctor today and he told me that he can medically clear me to wrestle next week.
Eric Ambrose: So you’ll be wrestling n two weeks time?
Thomas Valin: That would be the hope but the question is who is the right person to face to send a message to Jason Price that says that I’m coming for his blood? All of my other enemies have left NAW.
Eric Ambrose: So you might need to issue an open challenge.
Thomas Valin: That’s not a bad idea but the question is who would accept it?
Eric Ambrose: I’ve got someone else in mind that we could do but just now all I want to do is focus on Trent Brown and winning the NAW Horizon Championship.
Thomas Valin: Can I point out that Trent hasn’t said anything about the match yet?
Eric Ambrose: There’s a reason for that. Trent thinks that he’s going into an easy match so he’s not saying anything until the last minute. All I can do is be prepared for anything to happen. You don’t want to hear it but Trent really is sneaky that way.
Thomas Valin: So you’ve got to catch him off guard?
Eric Ambrose: Yes.
Thomas Valin: Maybe you should have a chat with David Fraggle he was very good at getting opponents off guard.
Eric Ambrose: I never thought about asking him for advice so I might try and speak to him at some point before the match.
Thomas Valin: We’re on the same team he will help you. By the way I’ve always wondered you were the guy who Alaric faced after he binned the NAW Horizon Championship how did you feel?
Eric Ambrose: You’re right I was the guy who Alaric faced after he binned the NAW Horizon Championship. Thinking about it now I wish I had beaten him for being so disrespectful to the entire company. There was nothing funny or amusing about the fact that he put a championship into a bin after feeling that he was above it. When I win the NAW Horizon Championship I will do everything that I can do restore it and make it feel very important to the long-term future of NAW. I believe that it deserves a champion who is hard-working and I’m the right person to hold it. I don’t want to have a cheap win I like to kick my opponents in the head, or make them tap out or even do both. When you look into my eyes you see a man who has a lot of desire and passion for the wrestling business and knows that this is an opportunity that shouldn’t be wasted.
Thomas Valin: See Eric you are ready for this.
Eric Ambrose: I am ready for this and I know that it’s a moment that I deserve.
Scene fades.
